We can put together a bespoke programme of activities for you, designed to encourage teamwork and build leadership skills, based around events such as Yacht Racing (no experience required) or less formal treasure hunts around the Solent.

Alternatively, we can arrange a champagne cruising experience on a prestigious crewed motor or sailing yacht, where team members can do as much or as little as they please. A day aboard a luxury Sunseeker or Oyster sailing yacht, with all the extras, makes an ideal incentive bonus or reward for exceptional performance.
