New guide to Caribbean released

Brits considering chartering a luxury yacht in the Caribbean may be interested to hear a new guide to the archipelago has been released.The Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) has produced the 52-page Guide to the Caribbean in the hope of attracting UK holidaymakers to destinations such as Jamaica, Antigua and St Kitts.
It contains pictures and information on more than 30 possible ports of call, with CTO director of marketing Carol Hay calling it "the definitive manual to the entire Caribbean".
Island hopping, beaches, diving, family holidays, business trips and the environmental side of the islands are just some of the topics covered.
"This year's guide will also contain invaluable insider tips and 'hidden gem' suggestions, which are sure to prove at hit with both members of the trade and consumers," she said.
Those wishing to charter a luxury yacht might decide to opt for the SY Matelot - a stunning 80-ft sailboat, capable of sleeping up to eight guests.
