Dominican Republic to open supertrail

Oct 29th, 2009
Dominican Republic to open supertrailLuxury yacht charter customers heading to the Caribbean could soon be able to take on the challenge of hiking the length of the Dominican Republic.

Work on the 115-mile Waitukubuli National Trail is set to be completed within the next two years and visitors to the region will be able to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife offered by the Caribbean island.

Parts of the hike will take participants through rainforests and the Unesco World Heritage Site Morne Trois Pitons National Park.

However, the two-week excursion could leave holidaymakers feeling like they need a spot of relaxation before returning home.

A week aboard a luxury chartered yacht such as El Dorado could help hikers recuperate.

The 56.4-ft sailboat has two crew members to look after up to eight guests, who can lounge around on deck or make use of the vessel's bodyboarding, windsurfing and waterskiing equipment.

Yacht Testimonials
"I would recommend Dream Marine to others. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. I didn’t mind who I talked to. It was all good. Shame having to come back to London afterwards.

Come on Chris… when’s the next one?"
