Newspaper explores Caribbean holiday stops
Nov 9th, 2009
A national newspaper has suggested a number of Caribbean resorts that may interest British holidaymakers.Included in the list are Jamaica's Sandals Royal Caribbean and the Dominican Republic's Barcelo Premium.
The former offers guests accommodation on a private island near Montego Bay - with its own Thai restaurant, bar and pool - as well as in the rest of the resort on the mainland.
Meanwhile, the latter offers a kids' club and allows adult guests to take part in activities such as dance classes and trapeze.
However, Brits looking for a truly personal experience while enjoying the Caribbean may decide instead to charter a luxury yacht.
Boats such as the Matelot allow a family of up to six guests to cruise the famous archipelago, taking in the tropical islands and reefs, while being catered for by their own private chef.
Snorkelling equipment allows holidaymakers to explore the wonders beneath the waves, while the yacht's captain can guide them to scenic spots around the islands.

"I would recommend Dream Marine to others. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. I didn’t mind who I talked to. It was all good. Shame having to come back to London afterwards.
Come on Chris… when’s the next one?"
