Record lottery winners to head to Caribbean
Nov 10th, 2009
A couple who scooped £45.5 million on the lottery have sworn to spend some of their winnings on a number of trips to the Caribbean, according to the Times.Newport husband and wife Les Scadding and Samantha Peachey-Scadding shared the £91 million Euromillions jackpot with a syndicate of IT workers in a Liverpool call centre, who have all handed in their notice.
The record jackpot will be used to pay for a new Range Rover Sport for 58-year-old Mr Scadding, who is a former mechanic and haulage driver.
The pair also plan to buy a new home in Wales and possibly a holiday home.
If they opt for a getaway property in the Caribbean, they may charter a luxury yacht to use while house hunting.
The 62-ft Catsy from Sunreef Yachts could be an ideal choice for the Scaddings and with four guest cabins they could bring a few friends and family members along for the voyage.

"I would recommend Dream Marine to others. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. I didn’t mind who I talked to. It was all good. Shame having to come back to London afterwards.
Come on Chris… when’s the next one?"
