Caribbean restaurant praised

A Southampton newspaper has lavished praise on the food served at a local Caribbean restaurant. The Southern Daily Echo explained that while the family-owned Hudson's in St Mary's may not be the fanciest eatery around, it provides "a real sensory hit of someplace else, somewhere glorious, sun drenched and deeply different".
The article recommended the saltfish and avocado salad, as well as the "bitterly spicy, smokily addictive jerk chicken".
Another tasty treat is the belly pork, which is served with the family's secret jerk sauce and, although packed full of calories, is a pleasure for the palate.
Those who would rather sample the Caribbean in person could head off on a chartered yacht trip on a vessel such as the Sea Bass.
Complete with its own crew and personal chef, the 70-ft catamaran motor yacht is capable of accommodating eight guests as they explore the tropical archipelago.

"I would recommend Dream Marine to others. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. I didn’t mind who I talked to. It was all good. Shame having to come back to London afterwards.
Come on Chris… when’s the next one?"
