Since then, the star has returned to film movies such as After The Sunset with Pierce Brosnan and Salma Hayek.
She also played Tia Dalma in the Pirates Of The Caribbean movies, which saw her cast opposite fellow Brits Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley.
Now, Harris is returning to complete filming of the BBC's adaptation of Small Island, which is based on a novel by Andrea Levy.
Brits wishing to explore the islands for themselves could do so on a private luxury yacht charter.
