Global Superyacht Forum 2009 enters third dayToday (November 18th) marks the third day of the Global Superyacht Forum 2009, where delegates yesterday focused on how contracts are approached and constructed with regards to yacht building.

Other sessions looked at applications of compensated gross tonnage; fire protection and safety; applications of efficient engineering; high technology and building a better superyacht business.

It was much more industry-focused than the opening day of the event, which looked at things mainly from an owner's perspective.

The conference is now in its 15th year and is organised by Superyacht Events. A total of 350 delegates are attending the Amsterdam event from all sectors of the superyacht industry.

Brits who would like to charter their own superyacht could spend a week sailing the Caribbean aboard the RM Elegant.

Capable of sleeping up to 30 guests and just as many crew, the luxury vessel has its own gym, beauty salon, deck top Jacuzzi and private launches.

Yacht Testimonials
"I would recommend Dream Marine to others. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. I didn’t mind who I talked to. It was all good. Shame having to come back to London afterwards.

Come on Chris… when’s the next one?"
