Abu Dhabi tipped as property hotspot

Abu Dhabi has been named in a list of the top ten tips for foreign property investment in 2010.According to HomesOverseas.co.uk, the United Arab Emirates destination has good potential for those looking to acquire a holiday home in the next 12 months.
The city hosted its first Formula One Grand Prix this year at the Yas Marina Circuit, closing the season in style with an unprecedented day/night race.
It will again see the likes of Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton and lap record holder Sebastian Vettel take to the track in 2010 for the penultimate race of the championship.
Abu Dhabi is popular among luxury yacht charter customers and potential investors could use a private vessel as a base for exploring the city.
Other destinations on the HomesOverseas.co.uk list include Brazil - which is boosted by the prospect of hosting the 2016 Olympic Games - and France.
Malaysia and Oman also made the list, as did the US, Australia, Norway, Switzerland and South Africa.
