Luxury yacht charter destination offers golf breaks

Luxury yacht charter destination offers golf breaksLuxury yacht charter customers wishing to play a round of golf or two during their Caribbean break may wish to head to Anguilla.

The little island is set to re-open its first and only golf course on December 19th, kicking off the 2009/10 season.

Despite the course being forced to close in 2008 due to financial problems related to its owner's resort business, it is due to tee off the new season later this month.

The $50 million (£30.65 million) Temenos Golf Course was designed by Greg Norman and is set to be managed by the Cap Jaluca resort in a move that has helped it avoid an uncertain future.

Green fees have also been reduced from around $400 to $225, while discounts are available for twilight rounds, as well as long-time residents of Anguilla and St Maarten.

Anguilla's main neighbours include St Kitts & Nevis, the Virgin Islands and Antigua & Barbuda.

Yacht Testimonials
"I would recommend Dream Marine to others. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. I didn’t mind who I talked to. It was all good. Shame having to come back to London afterwards.

Come on Chris… when’s the next one?"
