The charity will host its auction tomorrow (December 16th) in London's Old Billingsgate at its official launch party.
Lord Jeffrey Archer will host proceedings, with 1,300 guests expected to attend.
The luxury yacht charter break will be aboard the crewed vessel Fairline Targa 62, which will be at the winner's disposal for three days on the Adriatic sea off the coast of Croatia.
As well as the yacht itself, which features a full entertainment centre with Bose sound system, guests can take advantage of the SeaBob and diving equipment on board.
Dream Marine managing director Chris Yates explained that the company is "thrilled" to be teaming up with the Live the Dream Foundation.
"By offering one of our best yachts for the auction we hope to be able to raise a significant amount," he said.

"I would recommend Dream Marine to others. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. I didn’t mind who I talked to. It was all good. Shame having to come back to London afterwards.
Come on Chris… when’s the next one?"
